To assist in your evaluation of our JB Performance Tuners, N63 INTAKE offers a 14 day satisfaction guarantee on tuners only. If not satisfied you may return your JB Performance Tuner in its original packaging in like new condition within 14 days of original shipment date for a full refund. This only pertains to JB Performance tuners. Tuner returns are timely by postmark. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/Refunds on any other products including intakes, turbos, oil coolers, thermostats, diagnostic tools, exhaust components, wheel spacers, paddle shift retrofit, lighting products, accessories, add on products, tuners sold as used or refurbished, tune upgrade kits, or any other items. In addition dealer orders, split payments and discounted tuners do not qualify for return. Products returned that do not qualify for return or tuners that are postmarked after 14 calendar days of original shipment date will become property of N63 INTAKE with no refund issued. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If the returned item was sold as part of a discounted value package any discounts given will be reversed and applied against the returned item.
